Please do not use any software to solve these problems, I would like you to do manual computations for solving them. While I can not prevent you from doing this on your homework, you will have problems during the exam. Also, if you do not have a proof for your solution, you will not receive complete points for your solution. -Dr. Ali

When submitting homework, please clearly number problems and staple them in order so that we actually find them when grading. Remember when writing that your goal is to convince us that you understand the problems.

The extra credit problems in Homeworks 3 and 4 will be collected on the day of the final exam.
